We stand behind our products but should you be dissatisfied with any hair care purchased at BaK 4 More, we will gladly refund or exchange it for another product of your choice if returned (at least 75% full) within 7 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued on the same tender type used to make the purchase. A product may be exchanged or store credit issued for returns beyond 7 days of purchase at the discretion of the manager. No returns accepted after 14 days from purchase date. 

All sales of brushes and styling tools are final in accordance with health department standards. 

DAMAGE DUE TO FREIGHT OR SHIPPING

All orders are carefully inspected for damage and defects before shipment. Upon receipt of your order, please check the product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged products must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time. Please include photos and a full description of the damages to the product.
